I would like to know why when I had my car brought in the second time for a warranty fix and had this issue looked at, that they couldn't find any issues but when the problem remained and I brought it in the next time it was all of a sudden found because now my car isn't there for a warranty problem and it's expenses out of my pocket? 200 dollars might now seem alot to some but when you have only one person working and 3 kids it's alot out of nowhere. I ended up only paying half the fee and still the rental fee and took it to the tire place and it was a free fix. Alot of over charging and upsell for something that should have already been found the last time when my car was already in for service also it was a safety hazard and could have lead to an incident while we headed on a day trip but lucky we had our suv because my wife had a bad feeling about driving on that tire.

Tyler, We did our best to address the TPMS concern as it was described. When you brought your vehicle in on 03/08/21, it was stated "the right rear tire has correct pressure, but it will not read correctly on the display". We re-trained the TPMS, added the proper amount of air to the right rear tire, and nothing at that time indicated there was an underlying problem. You were not charged for this. The second time your vehicle came in with air pressure loss, we found that there was metal in the tire. This is not a warrantable item whether it was found the first time or the second visit. This would be considered a road hazard and not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Unfortunately, there likely would have been a charge on the first visit if we were addressing the issue of air-pressure loss and not the stated concern on the 03/08/21 visit. Secora tried to accommodate you by reducing the charge of diagnosis to half. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you endured. Please take care. The tire was never check again after they "retrained" the senor which anyone can do that the issue isn't about warranty or no warranty it's about lack of concern for quality and safety. When something is serviced it should be checked for quality and this was not or they would have easily seen that the issue was not solved and the moment anyone got in the vehicle could see the pressure was off again because the display was left on the tire read out. Second I was only charged half because I didn't get the "service" on the tire that would have cost me more and like I said went to discount tire and got done for free. You can sit here and argue what you want but it was lack of care, quality and follow through. As for Secora's part her lack of customer service, yes it was a busy day but that doesn't mean you're short with the customer and dismissive to questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else and expect the same treatment and I sure wouldn't treat others like that because big or small concerns, questions or comments matter in customer retention and a positive out brings positive in. You had an amazing gentleman that I was working with who's now over at your Mazda store and he always treated anything big or small like it was important to the both of us and made my experience 7 out of 5 stars before and more employees should strive for that level of customer care.
