Price quote scam to get you to come in This dealer quoted me a price on the phone. When I went in, the salesman said he had misquoted and the out-the-door price was going to be about $2400 This dealer quoted me a price on the phone. When I went in, the salesman said he had misquoted and the out-the-door price was going to be about $2400 more than the quoted price. The sales manager came in and began trying to bargain with me., making the OTD price a little less. I realized that this was this dealership's method of getting the buyer into the store, and it essentially was a scam. I know dealers lie, but this one went overboard with the trick they pulled on me. Bottom line: don't fall for a price quote given over the phone, or at least be prepared for another price when you go in. More

I have gotten the car serviced at this dealership twice since purchase and have had nothing but good results. The dealership has excellent service pricing, for being a dealership. The dealership is easy to work with and get in contact with. When I have had my car serviced, they have been quick even though one time I walked in. The last time I had service done to my car I scheduled the appointment 3o minutes before I arrived. They were quick and made sure that I knew everything that was going to happen on the vehicle before it happened and also the costs (this was on a Tuesday morning around 8 am; with Alex Tipton). Along with oil changes (at least), there is a free multipoint vehicle inspection that is included, which makes me feel very confident of the safety of my car when I drive off the lot. When I first purchased the car Mr. Love made sure that everything about the car was just as I preferred and needed it. So far the car has been extremely reliable and the car is in great condition. The car was well maintained by the owner(s) before me. Henry Love makes sure to keep in contact with me via phone and emails to make sure that my car is still treating me as it should. There are also some promotions and discounts that I receive from the dealership. Henry does not not feel like a car salesmen at all, but is someone who actually cares about the well-being of his customers. More

He takes his time with me each time I am ready to purchase. He is thoughtful and calls several times throughout the year just to say hello and to see how things are going with me and my vehicle. He has also helped my family members when they were ready to purchase. The service department is phenomenal. I have lived in several cities and no matter how far I am from the dealership, I always have my car serviced at Airport Honda.. I will definitely go back for my next Honda and I highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

Very poor service I had an 8:15 appointment on October 8, 2016 at the Airport Honda at 3069 Airport Highway Alcoa, TN and arrived at 8:00 am. I requested service as my I had an 8:15 appointment on October 8, 2016 at the Airport Honda at 3069 Airport Highway Alcoa, TN and arrived at 8:00 am. I requested service as my Tire Pressure service light was on. Bill Burns told me that my vehicle would be serviced under Express Service. I watched customers come and go in the service waiting area. I was never advised the status of my service so at 10:15 and in a crowded service room, I asked those seated if 2 hours was reasonable time to have my tires checked. I was told by several people there that it wasn't and to check with the service department. I walked into the service area to be ignored by one service representative and waited until someone arrived to help me. I asked for the keys to my car so I could go somewhere else to get my car serviced. My car had been serviced and Bill Burns neglected to tell me. I asked him how long had it been completed and he stated 30 minutes. I didn't believe him as I think it was longer. I asked twice to speak to his supervisor and was told he wasn't there so I asked to speak to his supervisor's supervisor and got no response. Never did I get an apology but I did get Bill Burns card with free service written on the back. I asked if it would work at other dealerships as I wouldn't be back. No response again. I have one word to describe the service department at Airport Honda- incompetent. More
