A great experience I had an appointment to get the oil changed in my 2013 Honda Fit. By the time I left the dealership, I was driving a 2016 Honda Fit. When I arrived, I had an appointment to get the oil changed in my 2013 Honda Fit. By the time I left the dealership, I was driving a 2016 Honda Fit. When I arrived, I was met by Henry Love, who stated he wanted to show me the 2016 and talk about me upgrading to the newer car. If it had been any other salesman I probably would not have listened, but he worked with my brother a couple months ago when he was getting a new car, and he was the initial person I spoke with when I bought my 2013 Fit. He took an interest in what I was saying and made sure that I got the best deal I could. I could not have asked for a better experience. Once I made the decision to purchase the new car, Sharon made sure to explain all of the paperwork to me and made sure I knew what everything was for and what it meant before I signed anything.
