Bill also emphasized that this was not just a one time sales and you're done. He is there to answer any questions/concerns long term. John in finance was also very helpful with this purchase. Never Again I was charged for items that I explicitly said that I did not want. I read the invoice and told them that things should be removed. He had pulled a bait and switch! Granted, it was a small amount of money compared with the price of the car but lies are lies and theft is theft. Everyone else was great, but one bad apple spoils the whole bunch. More

Got ripped off and rushed through financing. I got a great deal on a Fit 6 years ago, so came back after that car was totaled to replace it with the same thing. I was overcharged, paid at least $1k to $2k above a fair price. I should have walked away, but had no car and couldn't afford a rental so I felt stuck buying it. I had originally sent a email asking about Fits right after my accident. A salesman contacted me and I talked to him, but when I went to meet him, he passed me on to another salesmen. Surely 2 salesmen got commission from my sale because if this. Maybe this is why they refused to go down to a fair price. I would prefer to just work with one salesman anyway. I was rushed through financing, never given a chance to ask questions, find the best interst rate, or pick a payment date. My payments were much higher than what was promised when I agreed to buy. My first payment date was not when promised. I needed payment dates at the end of the month (was promised first payment at the end of June). Was stuck with beginning of the month payments. Had to refinance as soon as my title was issued to fix the financing issues. My plates were supposed to be transferred to save money, but I got new plates instead. Car was not filled with gas as promised. Had to fill my rental car with gas the day I bought my car and had to fill up my new car the next day. Now the tire light won't go off, and I found out I have no windshield washer fluid. Makes me wonder how thoroughly it was really inspected. More
