When we pulled up to Airport Honda I was expecting 50 salesmen to come flocking to my car. This was far from the case. Jay Haynes approached our family in an extremely casual, friendly approach. He asked me what I was looking for and asked what were my must haves. He listened to what I wanted and showed me only the options according to my wants. Not only did I leave paying exactly what I should have but I also came out great on my trade-in. He worked for me to make certain that I got all the accessories I wanted for my new car. He alsocame to my house to pick up my car and have the accessories put on my car. In 3 short years we will be car shopping for my 13 year olds first car and Jay is exactly the salesman I hope to work with in this next car buying experience. Even going out of the way checking to see if they had/made the color (interior/exterior) I preferred with other Honda Dealerships.Instead of brushing me aside, Dan Sanford stayed with me making sure I was satisfied. I found the I had a great experience working with Brett Marriott (internet sales & leasing consultant) and Dan Sanford (sales & leasing consultant). I found the Pilot that I wanted online, and Brett emailed me within minutes of my request. He kept in touch throughout the day and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I was able to make it to the lot the same day. When I arrived, Brett had pulled the car under cover and out of the rain, which scored MAJOR points with me! Dan really worked hard to answer my questions and helped me get where I wanted to be on my payments. He was patient and made sure that I was well taken care of.
