Easy and pleasant as far as car-buying goes We dealt with Matt Johnson. And I have to say, he was very not "car-salesmany" which I really liked. We came in 2 days in a row and test drove a cou We dealt with Matt Johnson. And I have to say, he was very not "car-salesmany" which I really liked. We came in 2 days in a row and test drove a couple different vans but really just weren't finding exactly what I was looking for. Matt told us we could get a roof-rack and DVD player installed there, which were 2 things that we really wanted. Matt was friendly and patient and when it looked like we were going to have to just walk away, for the time being, he was still pleasant. He talked with us about what we were looking for and said he would keep his eyes open and call us as soon as he had something. He also asked us if he could grab a manager to say hi before we left. Well, it turned out they had *just* gotten a van on the lot about 30 mins before that turned out to be almost exactly what we were looking for. (And while the manager was very friendly, he struck me as more of what I think of as a car salesman, so I am glad Matt was our main contact.) The only thing missing was the DVD player. We were able to work that into the price of the van and the DVD player was installed just a few days later. Matt was even willing to come in on his day off to get the install scheduled but we told him it wasn't that crucial and we would do it when he was back in the office, which we did. The DVD players look fabulous and you would never know they weren't always there straight from the factory. Matt also communicated back and forth between us and the install place about a couple of different questions/equipment info things after install. Matt talked to all of my kids and seemed to make it a point to make a personal connection with my family, joking with my kids and talking about his family some as well. The paperwork seemed to take forever but I think that is the nature of car buying! Matt worked to make it all as smooth and easy as possible. Overall it was one of the best car buying experiences we have had to date and I would go here first before anywhere else if I was in the market for a car again, especially if Matt was still on staff. I do wish the dealer had drinks available complimentary, at least bottled water. I was surprised as we have been to numerous dealers over the years and even the small guys have had drinks available. It would be a nice touch esp when spending so much money rather than having to purchase out of the vending machines. The playroom area was a nice bonus for us as it gave the kids a place to play while we were doing paperwork. More

Awesome experience It's been 17 years since I bought a vehicle. You can probably guess why but the truth is that I find buying a vehicle such a stressful experience, I'd It's been 17 years since I bought a vehicle. You can probably guess why but the truth is that I find buying a vehicle such a stressful experience, I'd rather drive a rust bucket than go through the process. A car accident total'd my 17 year old SUV so I was thrown back into a process that I avoid like the plague. This was, hands down and quite unexpectedly the most pleasant and comfortable bit of time I could have possibly expected. I wasn't itching to get leave at my first opportunity. I ignored the "escape" text. I was, alas, even having a good time which I would never thought possible. I could not be happier. I'm not stressed. I don't feel like I've been taken. I don't harbor any idea that I made a mistake. It was, well, how I've always envisioned an investment like this should go. The primary concern was me and this new relationship. I even got a full tank of gas during my familiarity ride. That was not expected AT ALL. Kudos in extreme to this dealership. More
