Levi was, without a doubt, the best sales person with whom I have worked. He has the ability to immediately put you at ease and is able to quickly ascertain those features that are most important to the buyer. Most importantly, he knows the product and the process inside and out. And, trust me, I asked a LOT of questions. His patience is legendary and I felt as if he had my best interests at heart. I highly recommend Airport Honda AND Levi Beckelhimer. And...for what it's worth...I LOVE my new Honda! More

However, when the price of the car I was interested in was too high and I needed a night to consider, they wouldn't let us leave. They kept harassing us to stay. When I finally agreed to the price, half way through the paper work, they came in and said the terms we agreed on were unable to be met and they increased the price once more. I walked away paying much more than I wanted because I felt pressured. If I could go back, I would not have made the deal. ****EDIT:**** The dealership reached out. the next time i visited for my mother to get a CR-V, one of the salesman apologized for the behavior. They asked me a dozen times to post a review, so I’m posting an honest one. I want other people to have honest information on honest interactions. Also, They offered us a military discount of $500 but after completing all of the paperwork, they came back and said that is no longer available. They gave my mom (not even me, who was the one buying the vehicle) 3 free oil changes, which don’t come close to being $500. I removed a star on this review due to the dealership asking me to remove my review. More

He was genuinely concerned about me and the things I felt essential in the new-to-me car. When I went to the dealership, I was going to look. But with Kevin's help and understanding, I bought a car. He had excellent knowledge of the vehicle, showed me all the bells and whistles, and drove me a short time so I could observe from the passenger's seat as he explained more about the car. Then, he put me in the driver's seat. I was a nervous wreck but he assured me I was doing great and I felt at ease immediately and truly enjoyed our test drive. The process was so easy and I could not be more satisfied with my experience. Kevin came highly recommended to me by a close friend. She bragged about her interaction with Kevin and wanted me to have the same. She was so right about Kevin. I, too, would highly recommend him to anyone desiring to purchase a car.
