We shopped around for a new Honda Ridgeline locally and out of state and ended up with Airport Honda. Our sales representative, Joey DeCarlo, did a great job at follow up without being overbearing. He was knowledgeable about the car and discerned and filled our information needs appropriately. The purchasing process was streamlined for us as my wife and I were tight on time. LaMarcus Thompson was thorough in explaining financing and extended warranty options, but not pushy. This is the second new Honda (of four that we have owned) that we have purchased at Airport. To date, our experience with their service department has been excellent. This weighed in on our decision also. More

The salesman wa At this dealer my initial interactions were by email with the internet manager, but on deal day I was handed off to a floor salesman. The salesman was competent, nice, and stayed late to close the deal and deliver the vehicle. The only “game playing” they did was have me sign or initial a few papers - some handwritten and some official looking - that clearly had no purpose other than to try to get me more and more committed to the deal and get me used to agreeing to things. In the end the actual deal I got was slightly better than I expected and I had to do very little to no haggling. My only material complaint is that the process was long - I was at the dealership about 3.5 hours before leaving with my new van. That is, however, not very unusual in my experience. I would recommend this dealership. More
