On both occasions we have found the sales people we worked with to be both fully knowledgeable about the cars they were selling, and, more importantly to me, they were respectful of our needs as buyers. We never felt hurried or pressured and every question was an important one to them. They are committed to taking the time to be sure you get the car you're looking for be it new or used. Selection of cars on the lots were very good; we like having more than one choice. The buying process was smooth and not difficult. Again, our parameters for purchasing were well respected. Financial department dealings were also easy and well explained. The general atmosphere in the place is pleasant, friendly and helpful - a very different environment than what I have found at other dealerships. I would definitely recommend giving Airport Honda and their affiliate dealerships a try for either a new or a used car. More

Purchase of new CR-V from Dan Sanford Dan went above and beyond in helping me purchase a new 2018 Honda CV-R. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. It has been 13 years since I pur Dan went above and beyond in helping me purchase a new 2018 Honda CV-R. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. It has been 13 years since I purchased a new car and I was very out of date about the new technology on cars because it seems more akin to purchasing a computer. Dan was extremely helpful explaining the new technology (although I will be returning again very soon to continue my education due to information overload). Dan was not condescending or impatient with any question or request I made. He was also very respectful to my husband who is handicapped. Dan helped carry things, moved the car under a carport so my husband could view the car without getting wet (as it was a miserable rainy day) ,loaded his wheelchair assisted him into the car. I should note one of the Honda staff even helped me when my husband had to use the toilet. Every one of the staff was friendly and sincere and helpful. The compassion and respect demonstrated by Dan and all of the Honda staff we encountered made this one of the smoothest and most pleasant car purchases I can remember. I should mention that I have owned Toyotas for at least 35 years. and was thinking about buying another one. Unfortunately, when I went to look for a car at the Toyota dealership on Parkside Drive, the salesman was quite condescending, dismissive and generally bored and unhelpful. That attitude left me feeling quite negative about Toyota dealerships, which is why I went to Honda. I am very glad that I went to Airport Honda because the staff was wonderful, Dan was terrific, and we love the car. The customer and car services offered are excellent. I plan on returning for the seminar for new car owners and will visit the dealership and Dan one more time for further education on my car/computer. I was very pleased with my Airport Honda experience and have already recommended Airport Honda to several friends based on my experience there. This is a great car dealership with great staff. More

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES-DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!! I live out of town and had an online negotiated price. I made clear before I showed up that I would be writing a check for the purchase. He was doing the paperwork and asked for my SSN, I thought that was odd but figured it had something to do with the title. I stepped out for a minute and when I came back they had run my credit without my authorization. I was very upset and stated there was no reason to run my credit as I was not applying for credit. Kevin's explanation was that there was a federal law that mandated all dealers to run credit on every purchase in case I committed "terroristic acts" once I left the dealership. Seeing as how this was xxxxxx-scatology, I asked to speak with his manager, Trustin Hampton. Kevin apologized profusely and said it was his fault, not Trustin's. However, Trustin backed Kevin's statement that they run credit on EVERY purchase regardless of the method of payment and did not repudiate any of Kevin's wild statements about federal laws and xxxxxxxxxx. Ultimately, I don't blame Kevin, I blame his boss Trustin. If they did this to me then I know Kevin was trained to be deceptive. They offered me nothing other than an apology. I asked for the paperwork back and basically had to walk in and demand it. Even then they wanted to give me the copies instead of the original. More
