took 7 months to check out defective seat of Corolla 2013 Stay away from this place. They are “King of Cons.”. I bought a new 2013 Corolla from Advantage Toyota. A week after driving it I developed horrible b Stay away from this place. They are “King of Cons.”. I bought a new 2013 Corolla from Advantage Toyota. A week after driving it I developed horrible back pains from the seat. I told them and they said get in touch with the manufacturer. Toyota said it was Advantage’s responsibility. Advantage could have had Toyota check out the car seat but they never did. It took 8 months to check out my car seat and the only reason why they did was because I got in touch with the owner of Advantage Toyota. The next day they had a Toyota technician come down and he felt the upper wire from the back support of the seat. This 2013 Corolla seat is like a voodoo doll. Horrible! Advantage put me through 8 months of xxxx with emails, phone calls, letters as well as filling out forms for arbitration to Toyota. I also made many visits, sent emails and phone calls to Advantage Toyota. Due to their actions I had to see a Chiropractor to help with the inflammation on my upper back caused by the wire in the Corolla driver seat. I’m also going for physical therapy and paying a $60.00 copay every time I go. None of this would have happened if Advantage did their job. I hold Advantage totally responsible for their negligence. They do nothing but take Advantage of their customers. Toyota is just as bad because they did nothing to help until 8 months later. Be smart and stay far away from Advantage Toyota. It’s to your advantage. More
FIRST TIME SERVICE Everyone at the Service Department was excellent, knowledgeable and very willing to help. My only issue is the wait time. I came in at 7:00AM and each time I was taken immedia This review covers my maintenance check for my Camry on 04/28/14 and my Corolla on 04/29/14. I came in at 7:00AM and each time I was taken immediately. The whole process took only 45 minutes. They even offered to wash my car - no cost!. Shuttle service to my office was available to me. I have used it in the past but these two times it was not necessary. Keith Llits was your associate with whom I worked on both days. He was courteous and friendly, as I've found with other staff members during my previous visits. Well done. More
