Went to service my car and was told I had to give my car to valet and it would take about an hour. After waiting the hour the women who attended me came out and told me I was suppose to check in and that my to valet and it would take about an hour. After trying to explain that I was never informed of this all she had to say was "I shouldve known", while the entire time eating her breakfast. The experience was very unprofessional. I have to say that I am thankful for the service I received at advantage. I recently went through hurricane sandy and it had destroyed my car and wiped out my apartment.
