I visited Advantage Toyota on Thursday 5/30 around 7pm, my salesperson Shana Harrison was amazing along with her manager Charlie, and finance manger Tony. I had a few complications with my insurance agency but Shana was very understanding and was willing to wait for my mixup to be completed. I held them up until about 12:00am, not one time did I hear a complaint or a sigh about waiting on me. Long story short I was able to leave with my new 2013 Camry!!! Shana personally delivered the car and paperwork to my home in Eastern Suffolk at 12:30am, so that I could have the car before Friday morning. Where else would you see something like that?! I visited this dealer to ask about servicing my vehicle. I waited 15 minutes in the "service" office and still on one spoke to me.
