I was a very Happy customer. I went for an oil change. I came to the service department where they ask what type of services are needed, and I was greeted by Patti at Customer Service. She is such a sweetheart soooo nice and understanding. I had told her I was having an Excellent day with Customer Service representatives. So I would recommend that if you stop by say Hello to Patti. I brought in my Advantage purchase Prius (bought last year post-Sandy to replace my Sandy destroyed Prius) for a complimentary State inspection. I had the most pleasurable experience in purchasing a brand new car with a car sales person ever! There was no pressure and she explain every option and accessorie about the car in great detail. Every time I come for service I always have some sort of issue,. Although the intake employee was ok the people you have at the cashier desk are not very good.
