I went to this dealership for a second purchase in less than a year, the salesman, Xavier Ascencio was phenomenal, he was very devoted and helpful. I agreed to purchase a 2011 camry SE at a offered price than a year, the salesman, Xavier Ascencio was phenomenal, he was very devoted and helpful. I agreed to purchase a 2011 camry SE at a offered price of $25084. I signed the contract, the next day I picked up the vehicle, went through a lenghty process, but felt it was worth the time. Unfortunately, that evening when I got home, I got a phone call from the business manager, Mr. Samuel Rivera, who asked me to come back to the dealership to sign another contract, because the numbers on the contract are not aligned to read properly. The following day, I went in with a friend. Mr. Rivera was very pleasant at first, but got very antsy once my friend and I started asking questions. My first question was why was the bill of sale showing a lesser selling price, than what's on the contract? Mr. Rivera answered me with "It doesn't matter, the people upstairs pretyped that paper before he sat down with me to sign the contract" I told him it does matter to me, because I make a purchase, therefore I have the right to know. Without answering my first question, Mr. Rivera printed the new contract form, and asked me to sign, when I asked him to explain to me what the changes were, he told me they needed to reflect the "$500.00 Rebate" that I received. On the first contract that I signed, the selling price of the vehicle was $25084, with taxes and fees, total cash price added to $27320. I traded a vehicle for $1500, give $2000 down payment and financed the balance. When I review the contract I couldn't understand why my finance payment would remain the same if an additional $500.00 was deducted from payments made. Mr. Rivera could not explain the changes, he got upset, he even accused me of trying to get an extra money, he then left the room and came back with his supervisor. His supervisor was able to explain the changes, but not to my advantage. To balance their numbers, they have increased the price of the vehicle from $25084 to $25543, so even with the "$500.00 Rebate" deduction the balance owe did not change. And when I looked through the gloves compartment, I found the sticker showing the vehicle selling price at $25157. So what rebate or discount did I get? More
It was definitely time for a new car. James Greco was great dealer once he understood my needs and budget. I walked out with one of the best deals ever. I am so happy with Advantage Toyota. James Grecco is an outstanding representative. Not only is is caring of my feelings and my needs but honest and totally committed to making the best deal for me to enjo outstanding representative. His concerns to me was to make me happy and to go home with only the best that I can afford so that I can enjoy my new car with the added stress of the finacial war. I will never go to any other dealer now but Advantage Toyota and only where James Grecco will be. I have found a friend for life, wherever he goes my family will follow. Sam Rivera is also an outstanding reprentative, who also looked out for my well being as being a single woman in this world. Facing the trauma of a new contact agreement, the payments etc, he walked me through it so that I can afford to do it on my terms. I will again, come back to Advantage Toyota when I am due for an upgrade and buy again or maybe lease at that time. As for the rest of the staff, they were all kind and helpful to me. I felt like a home away from home and have not experienced this with any other dealership. I was a Jeep woman for many years and I have now experienced another world/family the Advantage family. So all in all James Grecco and Sam Rivera must stay together in perfect harmony so that I can enjoy being an Advantage Toyota customer for the rest of my life. More
I walked into Advantage Toyota on impulse. I was an owner of a Prius 2004 which for the last year had been given be mechanical problems. Due to the problems with the service center I was very reluctant to bu of a Prius 2004 which for the last year had been given be mechanical problems. Due to the problems with the service center I was very reluctant to buy another Toyota and most especially not this dealer. However, I was greeted at Advantage Toyota buy Mr. Rudy Walker. He was simply wonderful. He apologized for the problems I had with the service center and asked me what he could do to help. I told him that I needed two cars but could not afford to buy both. He asked me what my budget was and he managed to lease me two cars close to my budget. The test drives went ahead smoothly. He explained the financial arrangements to me very clearly. It has been over a month and I am still pleased with my experience. My RAV4 2011 and 2011 Camry (for my husband) are in perfect working order. His followup calls were also able to boost my confidence with Toyota. I will advice anyone interested in leasing or buying a new Toyota, to go to Advantage Toyota and ask for Mr. Rudy Walker. More
the service reps were exceptional. I was told at Lees toyota which is a horrible dealer, that I would have to pay almost 1,000.00 dollarsfro a rear view mirror. The service rep at advantage told me that the mirror was covered by my warrenty and would cost me nothing. After transporting me back to work I missed the call to go back in the advantage van. I managed to get a ride to the dealer and arrived almost 15 minutes after closing. No problem at advantage there were two employees there who stated that they routinely stay after hours for customers who arrive late. Both we extremely kind and courteous, got my car and drove it to the pick up area and away I went. This is a great dealership! More

He made my husband, my 5yr old son, and me so comfortable. He was so personable. Jimmy conversed with my son about dinosaurs and about his son which is the same age (their only 5 days apart). My son actually gave Jimmy one of his dinosaurs to give to his son. I was in awe, for a 5 yr to give his toy away! That's how much of an impression Jimmy had on the entire family. He explained everything with great detail, no run around fancy salesman lingo. After three test drives and two hours later we agreed to a RAV4. We only took that long because I was so indecisive. Jimmy was so patient with us (me really). So once we finalized our decision, we had to talk $$$. We were firm on our #'s but realistic. Jimmy, Derek and Sam worked their magic and made it happen. We picked up our 20011 Limited RAV4 last night!!!! We couldn't be any more satisfied with our new car or the GREAT customer service received by James Greco. Our lease is up with HONDA in April and we are without a doubt going back to Advantage Toyota and going straight to James Greco. More
I went there to price cars. I'M NOT RICH so I had to be very careful!! I told James Greco that I could only afford $200 a month and guess what- he did it and I got a 2011 Rav-4!!! On Saturday, February 19, 2011, my husband and I went to Advantage Toyota because my son, who already leases from Advantage, recommended the dealership as being very professional. We were immediately greeted by Rudolph ("Rudy") Walker who was articulate and extremely knowledgeable about the car which is refreshing and unique. He was able to answer all our questions. He was not condescending and fast talking. Rudy spoke to us earnestly and gave us a feeling of confidence. He made us feel like we were customers and deserved all his attention and honesty. Rudy was also very precise when we picked up our Corolla yesterday. He went over the entire car and was patient when we asked questions. He never made us feel rushed. We will recommend Rudy Walker wholeheartedly to anyone who is looking to lease/buy a car. Sam Rivera had all our paper ready. He was professional and exact in making the delivery easy. Our experience at Advantage Toyota exceeded all of our expectations. More
