I have to say that I am thankful for the service I received at advantage. I recently went through hurricane sandy and it had destroyed my car and wiped out my apartment. I purchased a 2003 Toyota Sequoia from this dealership and had a good experience. The facility was very inviting. It had lots of vehicles to look over, both in and out. She kept me informed on the prgoess of my purchase which took 4 hours+ from arriving at the dealership to leaving with the vehicle. I think that time could have been shorter. This is why it was a good experince. Note:the rear liftgate window does not go down on my truck. I was told the truck was check out with Toyota's 160 point check system. I will call to have it fixed? OMG!! This was my first time buying a car ever in my life. I knew what I wanted but needed to stay within my price range. He was out sick for a few days, and still made sure I was taken care of. He gave me his cell phone # to call him if there were any changes or issues that arose during the process. The finance dept was awesome in helping get me an affordable rate for my loan. Even the guys in the service dept helped me with figuring out my features and gave me brand new floor mats for my car. This was my first time leasing and I had a great experience. I did not know much about the process. The process was made easy and everyone was very helpful.
