Frank was awesome too helping with the paperwork and my financing questions during the closing process. 18 mo checkup I made an appointment for 8:00am about a week in advance. I received an email and a call on my cellphone to confirm the. day before. I was pleasantly surprised that I was taken immediately when I arrived and was greated by Andrew Jean who explained what my 18 mo checkup involved and my car would be ready in 1 1/2 hrs.
