After extensive research and reading reviews on the 2017 CR/V for the last six months, it took Amber one afternoon to convince a change to the 2017 RAV4 Hybrid, icing on the cake was the 0% APR for 72 month. The numbers presented to me that I agreed and shook my hand on is exactly the same number shown on my first car loan statement. Erinson made the Finance part very simple and straight forward, not pressuring on extended coverages was a huge plus. Not going to say I got the best deal out of this dealership, since I didn't do my homework and compare prices from different dealerships (did that for the CR-V instead). I'm however hoping the after sales customer service will make up for the difference. More

Very roomy good overall ratings, got financed from my credit union picked up the car a few days later but then it all went downhill, smelt a burning from the engine took it back a few days later they said all is well took it back again to repair the review mirror that was to have been done before pick up a few weeks later the maintenance light comes in and tell steering wheel starts making noises they check again a say all is well two days later the car dies on the highway 4th of July 2017 could have killed my whole family wife 3 kids very scary ordeal. When they sold me to call they told me it's still had 50,000 miles warranty left over or some months whatever came first, then this happens, I take it back to them they tell me it never had the extended warranty and I'm responsible for the 1300 bill. Worst experience ever terrible customer service. Not to mention in all we've purchased at least 6 Toyotas and Lexus combined. More

Wonderful experience! I bought a new 2017 RAV4 here. I went to at least 20 car dealers the past 3 years, and this dealer was by far one of the best. Just like any busin I bought a new 2017 RAV4 here. I went to at least 20 car dealers the past 3 years, and this dealer was by far one of the best. Just like any business, they had to optimize their earnings. The process was, nonetheless, smooth enough without any deception, insult or rude comments. They remained professional throughout the process, even when things got difficult as the discussion became heated when we negotiated the price to find a compromise. They patiently explained every item on documents and wrote all the conditions clearly without any ambiguity or attempt to trick me. Car purchase was certainly not my favorite activity, but buying my new Toyota here was as good as it got. I got a good deal with plenty of free services to protect my consumers rights after the sale. Price and APR they offered were also good. By the way, my sales was Wayne and sales managers were Tony and Bobby - they were all great. I certainly am a happy customer who highly recommends this dealer! More
Rudeness is not good business practice. ZERO STARS It took a year and a call to Toyota Corporate for them to even service the warranty repair on my car. Offered additional service to the tune of $1000+ that I wish I never agreed to, because they caused another $1600 worth of repairs. Of course, they aren't taking responsibility for it, but it's related to the original "repair" work. Their phones never work. Although, I've seen Andy drop customer calls into his already-full voicemail. I ONLY get a call back if I call Toyota corporate, and even they tell me it's up to the independently owned dealer to fix a problem they caused. It's been 2 weeks and no response other than "we'll fix it... For $1600". Rude, dismissive, fleecing tricksters. More

They never returned our calls and every time we came in to their dealership we were told we didn't have the proper documents with us. When my wife presented the proper paperwork a few days later the managers said it was too late and refund to talk with us further about the situation. A complete ripoff scheme Advantage Toyota Scion of Valley Stream New York adds to the end of each deal. Advantage Toyota is hoping customers will forget after several years so that they can keep the extended warranty fees. In our case they ignored us long enough to avoid More
