Went Extra Mile, I was there for the Airbag recall. Everything was promptly taken care of. Andy was very helpful. Easy, knowledgeable, no hard sell. I was an owner of a 2002 Highlander and it was time for me to let her go. RAV4 was my focus. My brother James had spoken with Fernando Taveras prior t I was an owner of a 2002 Highlander and it was time for me to let her go. RAV4 was my focus. My brother James had spoken with Fernando Taveras prior to our visit to the dealership. Upon our arrival we were greeted promptly by the desk and Fernando acknowledged with a smile the conversation he had with my brother. We were then matched up with Chris Williams. I was a little nervous about the whole buying/leasing process so my brother took the wheel so to speak. Chris was very approachable/professional/knowledgeable and directed us to the car we wanted. Before I knew it I was the proud owner of a leased 2018 RAV4. The process was a little overwhelming for me, but my brother has dealt with Advantage for several toyota cars and he knew the drill. I have to say our experience with Grisela Quintanilla was quite amazing. It had been quite a few hours for us and Grisela swept us into her office and worked her insurance magic. She was no nonsense, extremely professional on the phone with one of my Liberty Mutual brokers. Grisela actually gave me name/quote of a different insurance broker in order to save me money. She answered all of my questions and she was genuinely concerned about any issues I had. Amber was very knowledgeable about the car. It was extremely easy to make the decision of purchasing the car. Afterwards Amber introduced me to Mostafa Zaghloul in the Finance Office. I was a little concerned about the monthly payments and the Maintenance Agreement. Mostafa discuss all of my options. He took the time to explain each option, which allowed me to say Yes I will take the Deal. Mostafa worked with me 100%. When everything was completed I droved off in a brand new 2018 Toyota Camry.
