Attentive and Efficient I recently brought my Toyota Prius in for servicing. While waiting, I wandered into the showroom and requested information about extending my current I recently brought my Toyota Prius in for servicing. While waiting, I wandered into the showroom and requested information about extending my current lease, I was listened to and the option was discussed followed by some recommendations. I was not hustled or hassled. I did leave that day with a new leased Toyota Prius and am very much satisfied with my decision to terminate my lease on the vehicle being serviced early (although I regretted that the interior of the new Prius did not have the same interior design as the one I left there). My dealings with Derrick Doble and Zaki Khan smoothed out the transition and I thank them for that. More
