Expensive and a long wait. When checking in for my appointment, I was told I would be called in a few minutes, just go to the waiting room. I was finally called one hour later. When checking in for my appointment, I was told I would be called in a few minutes, just go to the waiting room. I was finally called one hour later. Why have an appointment at a certain time? Then I was told it would be another hour and a half. At that time, I was told the car needed 2 filters, I was there for an oil change and inspection and was told they were complimentary since the car was under warranty. My bill wound up being $150 - for 2 filters. This is outrageous! More
