3 days without car This is my first time using Advantage Toyota for service. The car was brought in on Tuesday. The latch on the trunk needed to be replaced. They do not carry the part so it had to be ordered. Last night Margie assured me the part was going to be on the 7:30 truck this morning & my car would me done first. By 10:00 when I hadn't heard anything I called Margie & they still didn't fix the car. I explained I really needed my car back , but now I can't even get a time for when they will do it. I have been a customer of Toyota for 15 years. I am very disappointed & frustrated. I am so tired of Toyota's problems with latches, they have had many recalls for the sliding door latch. More

No communication regarding my failed brakes I have tried and tried to contact this dealership regarding my failing brakes in the last couple of weeks. And they changed it. Not a good job.
