Waste of my important WORK time They received my car on a Friday early afternoon. I wasn't given a diagnosis and time frame on receiving my car back until late Friday evening near cl They received my car on a Friday early afternoon. I wasn't given a diagnosis and time frame on receiving my car back until late Friday evening near closing. Although the rep handling my car was in touch with me still info she gave me I felt was limited based on what she was told. I got my car back Saturday afternoon after of course I got off work just to have problems again with starting it up That next morning on Sunday before I was leaving home to go to work. So I had my dad take my car back on Monday morning so they could change my battery. Battery??? Why didn't they change my battery before they gave my car back to me? Luckily my dad is retired. But I was still inconveniencing him to borrow his car for work. Which I went to work that Monday morning. I work Downtown Brooklyn in the day and I travel to a different work spot in Bay Ridge some nights. And other nights I travel to a work spot in East New York and Bayside, Queens. I have a new car!!! Why am I dealing with this. And I got another whole horror story for a different survey involving Toyota's road side assistance department because I had to have my car towed to the dealer and that service was horrendous. My boss gave Toyota Care a new name. Toyota Don't Care!!! All in all I got my car back Monday afternoon. OMG!!!!! More

Great Experience! I stopped by the dealership just to browse, although I really needed a new car like YESTERDAY lol! Long story short I was the last person in the deal I stopped by the dealership just to browse, although I really needed a new car like YESTERDAY lol! Long story short I was the last person in the dealership, on a Sunday night, but I got to drive home in my brand new 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLE!!! The process did take a little while but the staff made me feel at home and constantly kept checking to make sure I was doing okay during the wait.
