We have been a customer for many years and leased/purchased several vehicles. It should not take 3+ hours to sit and wait for paperwork. It was also very upsetting to have to pay an additional fee when purchasing the vehicle when we already paid it when we leased the vehicle. Basil Rabie is great and an asset to your dealership. More

TJ Zino is the best I think too often customers have the incorrect expectation that they expect to pay the least for the most amount of service, and if either one fails t I think too often customers have the incorrect expectation that they expect to pay the least for the most amount of service, and if either one fails to meet that expectation, then it's the service center's fault. People need to look more closely at the overall experience. Ultimately, this is a great group of folks who are trying to do their best to take care of your car. They're not always perfect, but they try to do their best. I only keep bringing my car back for service because of TJ Zino. TJ is up front, straight forward, and doesn't play games. If he and his staff can help, they will. If it's something, he'll let me know and we work together to figure out the best course of action. Please keep TJ and his staff happy. They're the best! More
