Horrible customer service I went in to see my options after they emailed me twice about my lease ending soon and asking me to go in to have my car appraised. I dealt with sales I went in to see my options after they emailed me twice about my lease ending soon and asking me to go in to have my car appraised. I dealt with sales associate Ryan Gelb. Without going into every detail, he was rude and aggressive when I didn't accept his first offer. He was constantly talking over us. He asked why I went in if I wasn't going to purchase a car. I explained I wanted to consider my options before my lease ended and because of the emails they sent me which I showed him. He said I should've told him from the beginning and he wouldn't have waisted time fighting with his manager to give me a deal! Which he didn't since it was the first offer and was a higher number than what I currently pay for my 2017 highlander with double msrp value then 2019 Rav4 which I was considering. He gave me a second offer himself, didn't go speak to his manager, so it's not like he was running back and forth! I was actually considering it when he stated they close at 7pm and if I needed time I could leave a $1000 deposit so he could hold my offer. He acted annoyed and bothered I wasn't accepting his offer and asked if he could ask his manager for a lower price. By that point I didn't want to deal with him since he repeated to me 3-4 times why I went in if I wasn't ready to purchase a car and said no that I decided to wait until December when my lease was ending and revisit my options then. He stormed off red faced and stomping! Didn't say a word to us, didn't say thank you for considering us again when you are ready call me and it would be a pleasure to help you. I am under the impression that a customer can go into ANY dealership to inquire about a car and pricing without a guarantee they will purchase that same day! Even if I didn't leave with a car today, I would have eventually since my lease is soon coming to an end. Now, as a result of this experience I will no longer be dealing with Toyota and neither will my husband who currently has a lease with them. Please train your sales team on proper customer service. You lost two loyal customers! More
I am very disappointed and was taken advantage I was there and bought a car waited for 4 hours with good intention to buy and bought a car. I was lead to believe that down payment was subtracted t I was there and bought a car waited for 4 hours with good intention to buy and bought a car. I was lead to believe that down payment was subtracted to the price I bought verified with the sales person waited for 4 hours close to 9pm and the time for signing fiinancing the numbers changed and did not realize until I went home. Not transparent just to earn a buck. I felt outwitted and upperhanded and taken advantage. Buying a car was suppose to be a celebratory event but left me with a nightmare. Very disappointed. More
