I was checked in at 7:19 am and I asked how long would the wait be, he responded maybe 1 hr 45 minutes. He told me to wait in the waiting area, help myself to coffee, tea and bagels. At 8am he came and got me and told me my service was complete tire rotation and fluids checked. I thanked him and told him I would be back in December for my state inspection. Great service! More

My only critique was that the finance consultant attempted to put add-ons (tire protection package, etc) to the purchase without even asking me. When I questioned why I was being charged for something I didn't ask for, I was asked "Do you know how much these rims and tires cost to replace?" As a matter of fact, I do, and it is my choice to ride without coverage. I was also not asked if I wanted a three, four, or five year loan... I was just put into a 60 month payback. Please check all items carefully before signing on the bottom line. More
