Service Dept Receptionist is Very Rude & Unprofessional i was trying to reschedule our appointment and as a courtesy i asked her name. Rating my visit Purchasing my first vehicle was supposed to be fun. I was not the priority from the begin to the end of this process. If not for my credit union I would have been car-less because proper paperwork was not submitted on Toyota's behalf. I signed a dual contract and now I have two car loans on my credit report. Getting in contact with someone to try and fix this was also a nightmare. Definitely ruined my first car buying experience. More
