Having the Takata airbag recall performed. Andrew was very helpful getting two of our cars scheduled quickly & conveniently when I called. My only complaint is for corporate: I realize there are a tremendous number of cars that need repair due to the Takata problem but not having any loaners available for recall repair is extremely inconvenient. Our salesperson didn't know anything about the car she was showing us. She either gave us bad information or just had no answers for us. 2. When we went to pick up our car, it was the WRONG car. And even worse they tried to convince us that it was the right car when it was obvious that it wasn't. 3. When we did finally get the car nobody actually showed us anything about using it. I would think especially with these more sophisticated cars, that someone would give us an overview. We had that with the last Prius we bought and that was four years ago. 4. The dealership was supposed to send over the window sticker, but didn't. My insurance is saying I'm going to have to go to the inspection station. Nothing about our experience went well and I would never recommend this dealership. More

Regarding used Toyota’s, don’t fall for their xxxxxxxx fees they tack on top of the price of the car. They charge an admin fee of $895 and prep fee of $595. Total nonsense, every other car dealers charge fees they tack on top of the price of the car. They charge an admin fee of $895 and prep fee of $595. They say admin fee is for paperwork and prep fee is to clean the car before it’s handed over to the buyer, complete xxxxxxxx. I have friends at Nissan and at Acura that has confirmed that those fees are fake. Call them out on those fees and don’t pay it, or shop somewhere cause their crooks. More
