Al was a great salesman to work with. He got me my car in record time, helped me understand all parts of my lease, and kindly facilitated changing the plates on my new car. The work on my car was spectaculous. And I highly recommend the Mechanic. The car runs like new,except that I have not gotten a chance to take it for a speed drive to see if the original problem exit recommend the Mechanic. They also did not take all the necessary pics for the Insurance Company to validate my claim. I will now have to do it on my own. More

This was was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! WILLIAM BAUMGARDNER was the one who helped me with my car. He explained everything in detail and told me what he thought was wrong with the car and he was right!!! This place is quick reliable HONEST and I know that I can always come back and never have to worry about being being “taken for ride” because I’m a woman. I trust bringing my car here. I had called the dealership to check the availability of a vehicle and was connected to Iman Abdelradi. She was very rude and pushy over the phone. I would never want to meet or work with her in person to p a vehicle and was connected to Iman Abdelradi. She was very rude and pushy over the phone. I would never want to meet or work with her in person to purchase a vehicle due to her pushy salesperson's attitude. I was able to speak to someone else and the difference in customer service was so different this rating is based on the employee, not the dealership. I would recommend that the managers have Iman Abdelradi trained in phone customer service since she represents a great company. More
