I waited 7 hours on Monday to be told they would have to order the part. Then I got a text on Friday stating come pick up your car at 4. They made me an appointment on Saturdayst 9am I came at 7 hoping to be seen by 9 I got a text at 9:01 stating your car has been serviced and do a survey. I put a $500 down payment on October 25. I went the next day and informed dealer we had a change of plans that we would not purchase that car so I needed my deposit back.
