My experience with Chad was seamless. I dropped off my truck the night before for an early morning appointment the next day. Chad contacted me the minute they opened to confirm the vehicl I dropped off my truck the night before for an early morning appointment the next day. Chad contacted me the minute they opened to confirm the vehicle was being serviced and kept me updated when the service was complete. I had a few random questions that he handled right away. When I dropped off my car, everything was good, but I never received an update like I normally do about them. I’m working on the car when they pull it in. I never got an update of when it was done.
