Your Service Department has really fallen apart since RJ left. He was the best!! I loved going to Advantage, it was like family and now that Mark has retired it’s so sad. It’s not the same. First service for a new vehicle. I also asked for a non-traditional help with removing a cover to access to a power outlet at the mirror to power a dashcam without needing a wire run I also asked for a non-traditional help with removing a cover to access to a power outlet at the mirror to power a dashcam without needing a wire running up the dash. The techs popped the cover off and performed all of the other maintenance in good time. More
