When it came time to crunch the numbers, finance manager Ryan Sitter walked us through everything! He is not your average finance guy and he is a pleasure to work with. One final thought, over the past three years I have been taking my old car to Advantage for service and they also are wonderful. After seeing the 2022 Chevy Blazer, I fell in love with it and really wanted to purchase one. When I first showed up to look at one, I unfortunately got their hours mixed up. Since we weren't able to purchase the car that day we came back on Monday and Tom was there to help us out again. He made the process super easy and simple to purchase the car I wanted. He was also incredibly nice and helpful. He was a busy man that day but never once did I feel like he forgot about me. I also bought another vehicle from a different Chevy Bolingbrook, since I’ve bought the vehicle in 2018, I’ve never had any issues with the service. Samantha Jordan, and Eric piper, are the two I deal with most of the time to set up repair schedules on the vehicles. They are pleasant, and very professional and would only recommend going to those two to schedule maintenance.
