The skill level of the team has vastly dropped. From team leads to mechanics. Back from I would say 2008 to 2016 I would have given them five stars (and I did). This last time I had service on my SUV they explained that they wanted to look over the vehicle for a sound that they are hearing (possibly a loose heat shield). Well when I brought the same vehicle in a couple years ago they replaced the right front strut and that was when the noise started. I requested that they locate and fix the noise. Their response was "what noise". Also they used to have the porters clean your vehicle after repairs, well I guess they stopped that, my car was just as dirty as when I brought it in. There weren't even paper mats in the vehicle. So not only are they cutting back on their required skill level of the employees but saving money by making cuts everywhere. I would suggest going to Joliet for service if possible. I am not going to apply any ratings to the staff, because the failure and demise of their service department may or may not be a direct result of their actions alone. (Well since I can't submit without giving the listed employees a rating, I will submit with a one star rating for all.) It's funny I remember back in the day when getting service from this service center, they used to request that I give them a five star rating. Back then I used to be like " don't sweat it, you guys rock". Well they no longer request that, I'm sure it's because they know where they stand as an average service center. More

After looking for almost 2 months for the right new pickup truck. My adventures took me to advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook. That only did I find just the right truck. Paolo Suarez our salesman knew everything about the truck was very informative and made the transition from my used vehicle to this used truck very smooth. Tim the finance officer took the time out to find us just the right rate he went over everything very professionally this dealership in whole presented itself and I mean with the atmosphere all around us has a very professionally run I would definitely put this on my first look next time when I'm looking for a used vehicle thank you to the whole team and advantage Chevrolet.
