I was looking for a new vehicle and decided that my mid-life crisis needed to be fully fulfilled. I went to Adams Jeep because I saw their products at the Auto Show in years past. I met up with one of their sales managers - Mike Gardner. Never have I been so impressed. Mike knew everything about Jeeps from their complete history to every working part in the vehicle. We eventually ordered a new Jeep from the factory so that it would have everything in it that I wanted. Mike was honest, fair (was not expecting the lowest cost but a fair enough price), and a great person to get to know and is someone that I now call a friend. He walked me through the after-market packages that they have available and we picked the one best for me. Now I am just waiting on the parts to arrive so they can modify my 2012 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited (Crush). Mike Gardner deserves a ton of credit and I can honestly say this was the best experience at buying a vehicle in my life (and I get a new vehicle every 3-4 years). Go to Adams Jeep of Maryland even if it is a long drive and ask for Mike Gardner - you will not be disappointed with the level of service and expertise that the employees in this dealership have to offer. Chuck, was great to work with. He helped me create a great upgrade package to my 08' Jeep Commander Overland. His expert knowledge on what package would work and what to stay away from really helped. Shortly after the upgrades were completed, I took my Jeep into the George Washington Forest in Nelson County VA and it performed flawlessly on the trails. Chuck and his entier team did not let a few setbacks deter them durring the upgrade process. Knowing I had drive alomost 3hours to thier shop they went out of ther way to make sure my Jeep was completed the same day, and that while I waited in the lobby kept me entertained with the occasional joke that I had been there so long they might have to put me to work. The entire staff at Adams are a great group of people. After a full 9 hours of waiting for the work to be complete, my Jeep was done and I am very happy with the results. Although I did not purchase my Jeep from Adams, Mike Gardner is my "go to guy". My jeep was involved in a hit and run that required me to get an entire new front bumper. We went looking for a new Jeep and had initially tried another Jeep dealership in the area that we were more familiar with. Our "salesman" Mike Gardener is easily one of the most experienced salesmen that we have ever dealt with... and we've purchased quite a few vehicles in our day. The enthusiasm with which he spoke about Jeeps was clearly apparent and even though we were already set on a Wrangler, made us all the more willing to purchase from Adams. It was clear that there wasn't anything that this guy DIDN'T know about Jeeps. Furthermore, Adams' expertise in everything Jeep related made us wonder why we'd ever considered purchasing anywhere else. He listened to what my "Dream Jeep" was and invited me to look at the Jeeps on the lot. Mike nailed what I wanted right on the head when we walked out there. Then there was the test drive. Soon Mike made me realize that my Dream could be reality. While the numbers were ran Mike shared with me some pictures and videos of the trails he guides on. Some of these trails I was familiar with and it brought back great memories for me. He listened to my trail stories as well. I never felt left alone or uncomfortable while at the dealership. Turns out I'm the proud owner of a 2012 Jeep wrangler 4 door. I'm so excited and can't wait to hit the trails.
