My experience at Adams Jeep was the best car buying experience I have had yet. I contacted Keith through the website, and he was very responsive. I had totaled my car and explained that I needed a ne experience I have had yet. I contacted Keith through the website, and he was very responsive. I had totaled my car and explained that I needed a new one soon. I met Keith that night and he was the first car salesman to ever ask me what my objectives were for my new car. He actually cared about getting me into the right car for me, not just selling me a car for the sake of selling a car. He was also very laid back and very low pressure. After the deal was made they got me through financing very quickly (less than an hour) and I was on my way. If I still live within 100 miles of Adams the next time I buy a Jeep it will definitely be through them. More

Mike was a very pleasant and knowledgable salesman. He took the necessary time to educate us about jeeps and would not deal with anyone else but him for our next vehicle. Not only does he sell Jeeps but took the necessary time to educate us about jeeps and would not deal with anyone else but him for our next vehicle. Not only does he sell Jeeps but he also is a jeep owner. It is nice to know that not only does your salesperson sell the product but that they believe in it so much that they too drive it. Crystal was a joy to work with. She was professional, very helpful and friendly to work with. I would gladly work with her again on any purchase from Adams Jeep. As I was new to Jeep Wranglers, she very very helpful and friendly to work with. I would gladly work with her again on any purchase from Adams Jeep. As I was new to Jeep Wranglers, she very patiently went over key features of the vehicle and answered all my questions. I unfortunately can't same the same for the preparation of the new vehicle when I left the dealer and had the opportunity to check it out in detail at home. The jeep did not have the grab handles or mud mats that were listed in the description. It did come with s soaking wet floor and a box of soggy Christmas cakes under the seat as well as someone's receipts from the glove box. It also came with a undisclosed scratch at the tailgate and a faded area (that I am told should resolve itself) on the passenger door. I had to clear the bluetooth settings of the owner of Adams Jeep. All of this should have been sorted out by the team preparing the car for sale and delivery to the customer. For the price that I paid, I am disappointed that the vehicle was in this condition. I would still recommend these folks for die hard Jeep fans, I would caution any buyer to really check out the vehicle to make sure that everything that is supposed to be in it (or removed from it) is done. This is our second new Jeep in less than 2 years. Both bought at Adams. This time we drove up to Maryland from North Carolina. We wanted what we wanted and in a 500 mile radius, Adams Jeep was the only de bought at Adams. This time we drove up to Maryland from North Carolina. We wanted what we wanted and in a 500 mile radius, Adams Jeep was the only dealership that would/could deliver. They found the color and package that we wanted with extras and went and picked it up from another dealer. They did most of the upgrades (lift and chrome package) themselves and did an awesome job. They paid off my trade and gave me my new jeep for the price that I wanted to pay. Most of the deal was done over the phone. We picked up our Jeep in less than a week finished and ready to drive home. A little paperwork and we were out of the door in less that 2 hours. Exceptional sales and service both times. ALL of my Jeeps will be bought at Adams Jeep for the rest of my life! More
