Couldn't be happier with our experience at Adams! The sales rep Crystal was very upfront and honest about everything she said. Not once did we feel that we got the "typical sales pitch". Crystal (and the rest of the sales team) was very accommodating and made us feel that we joining part of a family - not just undergoing a numb exchange of money. While having my Jeep serviced at Adams in the past, this is my first new car I have purchased from them, and it certainly won't be my last. They truly wanted the customer to be happy and enjoy their new purchase and not push us out the door looking for the next person walking in. Great process...maybe a little quick I should have slowed down. But very nice...would be nice to give new owners a little swag bag with like a hat and shirt or coffee mug for all the money they put into buyi down.
