My husband had purchased a Jeep Wrangler at Adams a few years ago and was very satisfied with his experience. So when it was time for me to purchase a new vehicle we came back to Adams. When I told him what I was looking for he had a vehicle on the lot that met all of my needs and more. In just a few short hours I was driving home in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee! The only dealership anyone in my family has ever made multiple purchases from. From the sales side they are hard to beat. We arrived close to closing time and Mike Gardner took us out anyway for a test drive. They didn't pressure me into anything and I didn't walk away with a jeep on my first visit. Mike kept in contact and had me come back in when he thought there was something I may be interested in. I asked a million questions and received thorough and honest answers. I just purchased my jeep with them on Saturday and could not be happier with the service I received and the confidence I have in the sale. More

It was completely unplanned that I had even stopped by Adams in the first place. I was going out to dinner with a close friend of the family and I discussed with her all of the difficulties I've had tryin Adams in the first place. Anyway, she had told me what a fantastic experience she had at Adams and insisted that we go check it out that day. Upon arrival, Keith Cook had shown us his inventory and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. He also took into account my preferences as well as limitations and together we had decided on a great Mazda 3 with low miles. From there, I had expected to have my credit ran and turned down just like every other dealership I had visited that month. This was not the case. The team had put everything into making sure that a loan came through, at a good rate even! I was so thrilled when I handed over my down payment and got to sign the papers to my vehicle. I am so thankful to everyone there for being so good at their jobs and coming through for me. In addition, the cars come with a 30 day warranty where any problems you might notice will be addressed. My car had a small rattling and jumped a little. I drove it right back in and it turned out that the problem was just a small screw loose in a suspension bar (?) under the car. They fixed it right up, no hassel and my car drives like new. I would highly recommend doing business with these gentlemen. More

I initially went into Adams to testdrive a jeep on the showroom floor and I ended up building an AEV Gecko Pearl jeep. Mike even took the top down for us so we could see how it was done. The jeep is amazing and I feel very confident that Adams will be there if I have any questions in the future. Mike knows his jeeps and if I buy one in the future, I will go to Adams without hesitation. This was by far the best purchase experience I have ever had. I went to 5 dealerships in NJ looking for a custom Jeep and after months of looking, phone conversations and visits, no one could deliver. I fo had. I went to 5 dealerships in NJ looking for a custom Jeep and after months of looking, phone conversations and visits, no one could deliver. I found Adams and Keith Cook on the Internet and was flawed. Not only did they have a large selection of totally bad xxx Jeeps the buying experience could not have been better. I was able to review over 20 custom jeeps on line to get a good feel of what I wanted. One call later to Keith I had the process down and my custom jeep spec'ed out. I am a busy person and I don't have time for numerous calls, etc. The rest of the transaction including all paperwork details, etc was completed with a few text messages and one or two emails. Exactly what I needed given my schedule. And talk about speed and service, after the one call we had to agree on spec's, Keith texted me a picture of my custom Jeep complete in less then 48 hrs (and this included the time to locate the color Jeep I wanted and take delivery from another dealer). I came down from NJ to pick it up the next day. The entire staff was as efficient and friendly as Keith, I was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes (I stayed longer to check out the amazing custom Jeeps and talk to a few other customers). Ok so while the buying experience was great (we did everything remote via the Internet, text or phone) for someone out of state like myself, the product is even that much better. The Jeep is the all time best vehicle to personalize. But at almost every other dealership you get plain old stock Jeeps, nothing unique. Only at Adams, and I did a lot of homework, can you find the team of people who can truly customize your Jeep to meet your tastes or driving requirements. The Jeeps they build simply rock. If you are in the market for a Jeep you have to check these guys out, you will be happy you did. More

Adams jeep in Aberdeen was amazing, from the fair prices, good condition of the dealership to the warmth and professionalism of the sales associates there. I was looking for a used car and test drove 5 cars til I decided on it, that has too take some patience from the sales associate, especially since it was a nasty, rainy day Jessica had no problem walking back and forth through the rain for me with a smile. I was very impressed that everyone went the extra mile to get things ready for me. And the sales associate literally giving a helping hand in everything!
