I was looking for a new Jeep Liberty and had visited a couple of dealerships, at one I was told that they found one jeep in the area that matched my requirements. I then looked at the Adams dealership on couple of dealerships, at one I was told that they found one jeep in the area that matched my requirements. I then looked at the Adams dealership online, saw that they had several Jeeps equipped exactly how I wanted, emailed them and Keith responded. I told him what I was looking for, we worked out a price over the phone and I drove up to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. My wife and I met with Keith looked at the Jeeps and my wife picked out one that was $300 above what we had agreed upon. Even though Keith knew that we were going to buy he still cut us a deal on the additional $300 only charging us $200 extra. Overall the whole experience was seamless and not at all stressful The service that we received from Keith was exceptional and the whole staff were friendly. I purchased a 2006 Xterra sight-unseen based on the description I was given by the salesman, Corey. When I received the vehicle, it had obviously not been cleaned, was not in the cosmetic condition tha description I was given by the salesman, Corey. When I contacted the dealership describing the situation, they paid for the interior cleaning, but told me I was out of luck on the repairs. "You take a risk with a used vehicle."
