What a great experience dealing with Keith - I purchased a new 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and had the Shop add a lift, rims, tires, Fab Four Bumpers, winch, lights, LED head lights etc. and can't a new 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and had the Shop add a lift, rims, tires, Fab Four Bumpers, winch, lights, LED head lights etc. and can't be more pleased. He took pictures when the jeep arrived and throughout the build - just a great all around experience. I had already gotten financing, but he offered to beat the rate if had. Within 24 hours he had beaten the rate and I was in the showroom picking up my new ride. I was in and out within 45 minutes!!!! I WOULD BUY FROM ADAMS JEEP / Mr. Cook again with no questions! Keith is a great person to deal with. My Jeep was ordered from the factory and arrived in under four weeks, this even with the Christmas and New Year holidays. Dealer options were added the very nex ordered from the factory and arrived in under four weeks, this even with the Christmas and New Year holidays. Dealer options were added the very next day and Keith kept me informed of option prices and turn around time. Was ready as promised. This is the third Jeep we purchased from Adams and would readily do so again. There is no pressure as is found in most dealerships and the experience I always find at Adams is more like talking to a friend than someone who is merely there to sell me a vehicle. More

I started with an internet search for a new 2012 Jeep Liberty and sent emails to three jeep dealers within the area. Keith at Adams responded within minutes. I made an appt to visit at 9:30 on Saturday morning to review some ideas and choices. I arrived a bit early but Keith was there and waiting. He had listened and remembered everything we discussed via email and showed me just what I was looking for with several options within those parameters. He was extremely patient and mindful of my needs and wants while still sharing with me all the pros and cons of each vehicle. Within 35 minutes I had decided and the deal was done without a lot of haggling. I had done some homework and what I hadn't done, Keith was happy to share with me. Keith introduced me to the service group in case I wanted to have oil changes, etc and within an hour and half I left with a new vehicle and am OH SO VERY HAPPY with it and Keith for his assistance.
