I inquired about aJeep found on their website that was exactly what we were looking for. not only did they actually have this Jeep, Rich promptly responded to my inquiry. he actually answered all of my question in one email. No games, no toying, no wasting my time. At our reques t he called my husband promptly and answered even more questions in the same manner. We made arrangements to visit the dealership late that evening after I got off work. Both Rich and Mike were gracious enough to stay late to finish the paperwork and Rich insisted on helping us set up our phones and familiarized us with our new Jeep. Mike took the time to teach my wife all the special features of the Jeep and how a Jeep operates (as this is our first one) He even went the extra step to help customize the Jeep to some special needs for my wife. He answered all my questions with expert knowledge. Mike is friendly, easy-going and does 'not' pressure a purchase. A refreshing experience. After a night of discussions at home we came back the next day and worked with Keith who completed the deal. Keith is also a friendly and knowledgeable Sales Associate.
