I was looking for a new built up Wrangler JK and found Adams Jeep of Maryland on the web. I liked their website so I gave them a call. Spoke to Corey Giffing. He knows the product well and has a "no pressure" attitude which I liked. They found the Jeep I wanted so I placed an order and confirmed the aftermarket accessories over the next few days over the phone. Corey had some great suggestions. Spoke with Chuck Racine for details on the build. Two weeks later it was time to pick up the vehicle.......well…..I couldn't have been happier when I saw my Jeep outside the showroom entrance! It looked way better than I had imagined!! Corey told me over the phone it looked real good.....but this thing looked really bad-a**! Lifted, tires & wheels, bumpers, lights.....all awesome! Spent some time going over the Jeep with Chuck and Corey. Drove it home.....what a sweet ride! Chuck did an amazing job with the build! It’s been turning heads on the road ever since! I was given top dollar for my trade. When there was a problem with the bank, the dealership took full responsibility and paid the difference in the error promptly. Though it helps that I'm a Chrysler Corporation retiree with an employee discount, our trade-in values have been very fair. I have tried other Chrysler/Jeep dealers (three are closer than Adams); and I have often been insulted as to the trade-in values of our vehicles. We take great care of our vehicles and they are all low mileage. Adams Jeep and their management team consistently treat our vehicles and us like they care . . . and I truly believe they do. BTW, John and Danny, in Adams Service Department, are truly the best also. More

Adams Jeep is the best place to purchase a JEEP because not only are they knowledgeable, but their sales tactics are very low key. They allow the customer to walk around and check out the inventory withou not only are they knowledgeable, but their sales tactics are very low key. They allow the customer to walk around and check out the inventory without being pushy or trying to steer you into a JEEP that is out of a certain price range. I first spoke with Mike Gardner on the phone and he answered all my questions and went into detail about certain packages available (connectivity, power doors/windows, etc). Mike gave me his cell # and was very pressure free when I met him in person as well. We were able to check out the JEEP inventory, discuss package options, went into detail about what was now standard as this is our 3rd JEEP owned, but first one in the last 10 years. Test drive went well and Mike answered all my questions about the interior of the car, showed how connectivity package worked, etc. Once we decided this was the JEEP for me, the process of personalizing mine began and went fairly quickly as Mike knew what to ask and never pressured us into spending more money on features we were not interested in. Within minutes, we were told the JEEP we wanted has been located, would arrive next day and we could drive it off lot. I think the hardest part of the whole JEEP buying experience was deciding on the color of the JEEP. Financing was done right away (another Mike) and the process was thorough, quick and painless. In no time at all, we were signing the papers and told we do not have to take care of transferring tags through MVA because it was already done for us. The next day, Mike Gardner called to tell us the JEEP was on its way back to the shop and then called again when it was ready for pick up. We were concerned because of our schedule that we weren't getting there until closer to closing time due to soccer practice for the boys, but he said it was fine. Once we showed up to take the JEEP, Mike synched my phone to the car so I could talk hands-free. Despite being right at closing time, he continued to go through the JEEP features and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove off lot. Let's face it, my last car was 12 years old so I tend to think of salesman as pushy and looking for a quick sale, but this was far from the truth with Mike Gardner and honestly, this was the feel I had with the salespeople on the floor the times we went to Adams. The whole office was friendly, down to earth, made conversations with my children and created a friendly, calm atmosphere where I was able to make choices based on my needs and not a pressured salesperson. I highly recommend Adams JEEP and know we will be repeat customers again. More
