Found the Jeep I wanted on the internet and sent and email to Keith Cook. I would be driving at least 4-5 hours in traffic to get to the dealership and would need to have all my questions resolved. Keith gave me enough confidence in him and the dealership to go ahead with the deal. I drove and traffic delayed my arrive time to Adams after normal working hours. After visiting the Adams Jeep website I found a few Wranglers that suited my needs and preferred options. He outlined the options available for the Jeeps as well as all possible incentives and discounts I would be eligible for. The Wrangler I had my eye on didn't have the hard top, but Keith said he could make what I wanted work, and I should just come down and see what was available and take a test drive. I initial cynical thought was that this was just the standard line to get people in the door and try to sell them on something they didn't exactly want, and more likely than not I would go down to find a Wrangler that wasn't exactly what I wanted. I'm glad I was wrong! I got there at the agreed time, and to my amazement the Jeep I was initially interested was standing outside, with the hard top put on and ready to go for a test drive. No waiting around looking at inventory, bombarding me with options, etc...Keith knew exactly what I was looking for and had it ready the second I came in. During the test drive Keith explained the interior features of the Jeep but at the same time let me just drive and take in the experience of the vehicle. After we got back he explained the options in more detail now that I wasn't focused on the road, as well as pointing out the pros and cons of the two different Wranglers I was looking at, in the end actually recommending the less expensive of the two. The pricing was straight forward with no surprises, he used the classic four box method, but without any of the shadiness employed by other dealers. After agreeing on a price we discussed financing, and I had approval for the term I wanted in literally no more than five minutes from the moment he started filling out the credit check form. Okay, maybe it was six minutes, in any case: fast. The Jeep was cleaned up (not that it wasn't clean to begin with) and ready to go in no time. All the paper work was signed without issue, no over bearing sales pitch about extra protection and every single possible insurance etc etc.. All in all I was in and out in under 90 minutes. Pretty incredible considering previous car buying experiences that made me wait around on everyone else. I can't stress enough that no matter where you are, you should make the trip to Adams Jeep, they really know their stuff and how to get people what they want. You won't be disappointed. More

I went to Adams with the sole purpose of purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I knew pretty much exactly what I wanted with the exception of a few options I had questions about. I chose several options that the dealer needed to perform after the purchase. I took delivery of the 2013 White Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and then returned it a few days later to have the extra work performed while i was on vaction. At this point I started dealing with Sean in the parts department a little more and he was great to work with as well. Very knowledgable of the Jeep parts and the different available parts. Tom has been sending me update pictures throughout this process to keep me in the loop while I am out of town. I made a promise to a friend a long time ago that if I ever decided to buy a new Jeep that it would be from him. Well, the time came for me to purchase my first Jeep that didn't come with rust, flaking of ever decided to buy a new Jeep that it would be from him. He made it painless, I called him and said "I want a 2 door JK that's RED" and had pictures of a used Jeep and an invoice within 20 minutes....we hadn't even made eye contact! About 24 hours later I placed the order (via phone) by telling Mike to "bring it in!!" and said that I would be in on Wednesday to pick it up. Well, that was Mike's day off. He still came in to make the sale!! From arrival to departure Mike and the team had me on my way home in my Flame Red 2013 JK in under an hour.
