I set up my appointment with Keith prior to returning from a 6 month assignment in Pearl Harbor. I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with Adam's Jeep Maryland. He was very understanding as well as respectful and began to researched the Adam's inventory. Cory kept in constant contact with me via mobile text and phone calls for the next few days to find out exactly how I felt about different vehicle options and if the vehicle he found was suited to my goal. He notified me of the vehicle they had on the lot, I went for a test drive and we continued to talk. I expressed some concerns about the vehicle and Adam's did a great job to satisfy me. After suffering a week of terrible dealer experiences in Ohio and Pennsylvania, I found Adams Jeep on the Internet and gave Keith a call. He put together a great deal that included a trade and send me a price quote the same day. I wanted a lifted Jeep with oversize tires and I honestly don't have time to do that work myself. Keith sold me a great Jeep with the features I wanted including a lift kit and 32" tires. The pricing on the Jeep and the modification package was very fair and I am really happy with how the Jeep rides and handles, as well as with how it looks.
