Dary Chum comes through again! He has been an exemplary employee and service associate. Every time I get the opportunity to work with him he is honest and helpful in the service of my vehicle. He has helped me understand what is needed for my vehicle and why it’s important. He has always gone out of his way to help me, and in the past has helped me retrieve my lost mail key that was wedged in a crevasse of my car. I’m thankful for him and all he does. More
We usually go to Acura Bellevue but the windshield motor on our 3 year old RDX stopped working so under warranty and needed to be repaired at a dealership. They couldn’t get us in for four days (who can dri on our 3 year old RDX stopped working so under warranty and needed to be repaired at a dealership. They couldn’t get us in for four days (who can drive in the Seattle Area in the winter without working windshield wipers?) whereas Seattle had an appointment the next day. It ended up taking Acura Seattle over a week to repair the problem due to a parts issue but they gave us a loaner car. They were pretty patient about our frustration with not having our car back quickly which messed up some family plans. I also dropped my credit card and they were kind enough to mail it back so I didn’t have to make another trip. Overall, they do good work, communicated well and it’s nice to know there is another option for dealership service. More
Dary was very helpful and courteous and explained everything. The cost was more than I anticipated but the work needed to be done. I was able to use a coupon toward the bill, that really helped. I was supplied with a loaner car that was much newer than my car and Dary came out and showed me how to operate it. I look forward to when the car wash and vacuum will be added back when the car is serviced. More
I had a popped tire from a nail and my car doesn’t come with a spare but instead an inflatable kit. I called and worked with Dary and he had me call the roadside assistance and they were able to get my car with a spare but instead an inflatable kit. I called and worked with Dary and he had me call the roadside assistance and they were able to get my car towed to the dealership. Dary worked quick to get my tire replace asap the next morning as i cut it close to closing the day before. The man was quick and efficient and getting the issues resolved. A+ More
