Excellent Service Eduardo was my service consultant , I came in for an oil change and that the left front tire was losing air.. He said the service code indicated t Eduardo was my service consultant , I came in for an oil change and that the left front tire was losing air.. He said the service code indicated that the car needed the rear differential fluid changed. I told that the oil level waring and came on and he said they were problems with Acura's oil consumption and that Acura had extended the warranty to 125k miles. While waiting for the vehicle he informed me that the tire lost air due to a bad valve sensor. I had the repairs done all within the two hour time frame as promised. He told me to bring the car in after 1000 miles to have the oil checked and placed a milage sticker on the windshield. I was very pleased with the service and will keep Using Acura of Peabody for service. More
Expedited service for basic maintenance. They are helpful, polite and answered my questions. Coupons for basic maintenance miraculously appear via email at just the right intervals. In addition to maintenance they can offer advice on pricing for other repairs and upgrades unlike your typical lubritoriun that will not know anything specific about your particular model Acura. They have never tried to upsell me something I don’t need and they honor their warranties. More

From making the appointment, checking in, getting a loaner and then the updates on the status of the service, were nothing but professional and courteous. I've owned many cars over the years. My past experience has been once you buy, the service drops off the cliff. Acura of Peabody goes above and beyond in everything they do. My experience from the purchase, through Jerry Dunleavy, then delivery and now maintenance, has hooked me on Acura of Peabody. Keep up the good work! More
My wife felt pressured and taken advantage of. Extremely disappointed with your service department. My wife brought her Acura in for service, it intermittently would not start. We were told it was the starter and would cost $989. You also said she needed lower ball joints at $933 and an alignment at $130 and a right fog light assembly at $512. You even tried to sell her a headlight restoration at $150. I told my wife to hold off on all repairs because it didn't smell right especially after the last time my wife brought her car in for an oil change and the same guy, Eduardo told her she needed some kind of valve adjustments at $600, it may have been more money than that, I don't have the slip in front of me. There was no need to do that, The car was running fine......When she told Eduardo to wait on all repairs this time, he responded later by text by saying, seeing as we're LONG TIME Acura owners he could discount us the starter from $989 to $795. Ball joints from $933 to $772. So we went from really being screwed, to just being screwed. Why wasn't she offered that longtime owner discount from the start, my family have owned multiple Acura's for the last 25 years and always have them serviced with you, but not anymore. I took her car to a reputable garage and was quoted a $500 starter price. Turned out it wasn't the starter after all but a wiring harness. She also had to pay $140 diagnostic fee to you that was WRONG, I'm doubting if you even did that. Oh, turns out her ball joints are fine, the garage had a pry bar trying to find some play, there was none, just a torn boot. Eduardo told her he could feel the bad ball joints driving the car and all the ball bearings might fall out on her. Not nice to take advantage of Senior Females, or anyone for that matter. Find a better way to pay your employees so they don't have to screw their customers. Shame on you and shame on Acura..........You don't deserve the 1 star. More
