Maintenance service I brought my 2016 Acura MDX In for service on October 29 and I was charged $444.74 for maintenance. I then went over to sales the same day and Least I brought my 2016 Acura MDX In for service on October 29 and I was charged $444.74 for maintenance. I then went over to sales the same day and Least a 2019 Acura MDX I feel I should not have to pay for the maintenance on the 2016 Acura MDX. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Excellent assistance from the Acura Team Rob Mayfield and his team provided excellent assistance to me when I was in the market for a CPO Acura. My 1998 Acura 3.0 CL had been a gem but needed Rob Mayfield and his team provided excellent assistance to me when I was in the market for a CPO Acura. My 1998 Acura 3.0 CL had been a gem but needed some serious work (brakes, etc.) and I determined (like me) she should retire. The Team at Acura was exceptionally helpful taking my trade in, offering skilled advice on the best selection options, gently persuading me to signup for the additional less expensive oil change package and in general just being stand up guys in not overselling or up-selling me. I got the car I wanted at a good price and can hardly wait to return this week for my additional instruction on all of the electronics. As a single gray haired lady to be treated with respect and consideration is a very valuable thing and I appreciate that they valued my decision making. Great job, guys! More

GREAT Dealership. HIGHLY reccomend I had work @ 11 and got to the dealership at 9:30 with the only intent to test drive. 5 seconds after test driving, I knew I had to have this car. The dealership got me the exact car I had my eye on and got the process done quickly and seamlessly! Nico was such a big help and got me out and in my new car within an hour and a half, ALL before I started my shift @ 11! The staff is super professional and really helped me get an even better deal on my car and lower monthly! On top of that, they had my rental I drove to the dealership picked up by Enterprise so I wouldn't have to worry about coming back for it! I had such an amazing experience, got a car I'm in love with (at a great price) and I would definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for their next car! More

disappointing communication and possible lemon Our third Acura and probably our last. Disappointing sales experience and breakdown and tow after 699 miles...... We had a 2002 MDX and 2016 MDX which Our third Acura and probably our last. Disappointing sales experience and breakdown and tow after 699 miles...... We had a 2002 MDX and 2016 MDX which we loved. We decided it was time to part ways with the 2002 and thought we were getting a good deal on the last 2018 RDX. I was foolish to think the residual was based on purchase price but since they never gave me a dollar amount and just kept stating the percentage I went along. Later that night I reread the rent cost on the lease and it was over 6% cost of money which was ludicrous. It would have been cheaper to get a 2019 with incentives. very poor service. To top it off, 11 days after taking possession the car was shaking on the freeway and unable to accelerate, check engine light came on, car was stuttering and idling poorly. The car had to be towed to the dealership. Very likely my last Acura after poor sales experience and poor product. More
