Good. Oil change and tire rotation was prompt. Acura of Concord could add more class to their service by running the cars through their car was like Concord Oil change and tire rotation was prompt. I was puzzled by Concord Acura setting all four tire pressure at 37 psi when the car door said two front at 35 and two rear tires at 33. Is the car manufacturer wrong or is Concord Acura right? Service person James was very helpful in this regard but I still do not know what the right pressure should be. More

I purchased a 100k warrenty would have been nice to have the Hendrick brochure. or something from the warranty company. Updated Sunday After my I trial review was posted, unfortunately I had to try and start my car twice the light came on saying FOB battery needs replacing. I called and my salesman is off today no one could tell me the type of battery I needed to put in the FOB. So small things once again matter. Hope it gets better!! More
