Most Ethical Service Dept Ever! I’m an out of town occasional Bay Area commuter - this is my 2nd visit to Acura of Concord - on both visits my service advisor was thorough and help I’m an out of town occasional Bay Area commuter - this is my 2nd visit to Acura of Concord - on both visits my service advisor was thorough and helped me understand the best options and value. This is the most honest and up front service department I’ve ever visited.(compared to some dealerships where asking a question leads to an inevitable sales pitch). PS thanks for making everything super convenient w/ the drop off, Lyft and text updates. More
