Not professional at all. Brought suv there to be fixed wasn’t fixed had to bring back next day. Jonathan calls to state the worker left stuff loose when replacing the parts. Then they kept it for 3 days more and tells me everything fix no noises etc. my suv sounds the same as to when I brought it to them. And drive worst then when I brought it to Acura .On top of the manger Racheal who is very unpleasant and snotty. After I told her I will leave a bad review she says do what I need to do. She is very unprofessional warning be aware of the sloppiness here at the Acura in Berlin!!!!! Not satisfied at all on top of they don’t want to refund you. For there poor work that wasn’t done correctly… who has the time to keep going back to the dealership and waiting for hours when there supposed to get it right the first time as there signs posted says!!!!
