AMAZING service!! This was my first time taking my car to Acura of Berlin for service. The service team made me feel like they wanted to do whatever they could to make This was my first time taking my car to Acura of Berlin for service. The service team made me feel like they wanted to do whatever they could to make me a happy customer...and it worked! In particular, Jason was very patient and kind as he listened to my long explanation of what felt wrong with our car, and he offered explanations that I could easily understand. There were a couple of big issues stemming from the mistake I made of taking it to a national auto service chain for the previous maintenance service job, which was after I had fired a different Acura dealership who I had used for over 12 years. One of the two big issues was that my brand new brakes were squeaking and for some reason, both my front tires were covered in filthy dirty dust. Jason explained that it's because those national garage chains use after-market parts and they're not made with the same materials as Acura/Honda-certified parts. Unfortunately, to replace these brand new brake pads and rotors would cost quite a bit, but FORTUNATELY, Jason explained my situation to his manager who was able to work out some arrangement with a warranty. They replaced my brake pads and rotors free of charge. What business does something like that?! For me, it's one who just got themselves a brand new, extremely satisfied customer who will be returning for a LONG time to come!! More

Then, I was escorted into a comfortable waiting area with complimentary refreshment amenities. When the work was completed , Richard Bird, service consultant, reviewed a Multi-Point Vehicle inspection Checklist and made recommendations. I was also invited to call if I had any future concerns. I felt confident in the expertise of this Dealership. More
